Sunrise Cottage is half of our Beach Front Sunnyside Duplex
Both sides of the duplex offer ocean views, beach access, a beach front deck and back covered porch overlooking the street. Each individual side has a galley kitchen, eating area, living room, three bedrooms and one bathroom with stall shower.
The cottage can be rented alone or can be rented as the full duplex via another listing. The cottage shares both the beach front deck and back covered porch with the Sunset side of the duplex.
