Work trip

My wife and I stayed here on a work trip for a couple weeks. The place is excellent everything you need in the unit. The price per night is an excellent value for your money. The place is very well decorated and super clean. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone that will be in the Kemah area. Very close to great food and entertainment.

A Romantic and Tranquil Staycation

You have to stay here! This property was all of that and then some more. The pictures do not lie. It was gorgeous! The communication with the property manager, Franklin was spot on. He was wonderful and made himself very available throughout our stay. The check in process was simple and easy. Franklin equipped us with an elaborate page by page hand out via pdf that briefed us on everything we needed to know about the property, eateries within the area, emergency numbers, etc. We went there for a quiet getaway and to simply unwind. You have the Kemah Board Walk just minutes away along with great restaurants with great food. There were some romantic evenings filled with cuddling and moving watching. The smart TV's along with WIFI as well as a fully equipped kitchen simply added to our home away from home. Franklin did say that he has other properties within the area. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks. Just Jo

Clean, nicely decorated, quiet community

We were the first guests in the townhouse and stayed for 2 months. It was beautifully decorated with new furniture. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. We were easily able to store all of our stuff in the large closets and kitchen pantry. The community was quiet and is located near the bay and Clear Lake. Franklin was quick to respond to all of our questions. The kitchen was equipped with the basics, but since we were on a longer stay, we would have preferred a more equipped kitchen.
