The property was cozy,quite, clean and very comfortable. Excelente location, close to the center of town and attractions. All conviniences worked perfectly. Our host Maria was very attentive and made herself easily available. She made sure that our stay was very comfortable. We defenately recomend this property.

The most clean place I’ve stayed. Very thoughtful amenities and excellent communication by the host. Beautiful and very comfortable home. Close to everything in San Ignacio especially if you have a car.

Home was very clean, and nicely appointed. Everything we needed for cooking our meals was available in the kitchen. The rooftop deck was especially enjoyable & the view is outstanding. Our host, Maria, was attentive & responsive. It was a great home base for all the activities we did in the area. I would highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Casa Maruka, it’s a beautiful home and Maria is a delight. It was very clean and had all the necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location is perfect; nice neighborhood, close to town, groceries and restaurants. We were glad for the washing machine as we had spent the previous week diving off Turneffe Atoll. And we really enjoyed the rooftop terrace to relax after a day of exploring Mayan Ruins or going on Cave trips. It was very convenient to book trips through Casa Maruka and be picked up from the house! We would recommend staying at Maria’s Casa, she will make sure you have the best time in San Ignacio!

My kids are still talking about "Maria's house." It was not only clean and fully equipped for a comfortable family stay with the kitchen, laundry and washrooms but also had lots of little extras like books on Belize and board games, which they loved. The second floor balcony provides a great view and spot to relax. The property is slightly out town along hills so we walked or took a taxi which was worth it for us for the space, quieter location and amenities. Maria was very responsive with our questions before arrival and checked in to make sure our stay was going well.
