This is a simple and cool house that is separated in two main houses. It has four bedrooms, three in the main house and one with a private living room and an extra bathroom.

The Main house has a small but complete kitchen, three bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a living room. The property also has as its own private pool, a palapa, large outdoor areas and garden with beach access.

There are parking spaces for six cars. There's also a domestic employee that takes care of the house that can cook for an extra fee.

The house is located on the South East Pacific Coast, just 2 hours drive from Guatemala City and only ten minutes drive from Monterrico.
