This property is located in a quiet and safe area within a diverse and vibrant community. During your stay, you may see neighbors and visitors from a variety of ages, cultures, and backgrounds.
If you feel this environment may not meet your expectations, we kindly ask that you consider making alternative accommodations prior to your arrival, as we are unable to control anything outside the property itself. Please note that refunds cannot be issued after check-in.
We kindly ask that you refrain from partying during your stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
- To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, extra or overnight visitors are not allowed unless they are included in your reservation.
- We will provide you with toilet paper and paper towels upon your arrival. Should you run out of these items during your stay, we ask that you restock them as needed.

If it is determined that a guest is a local resident, the reservation may be canceled immediately.

We appreciate your consideration of our neighbors. If we receive reports of excessive noise or disturbances, a fee of $150 may be applied. For complaints occurring during quiet hours or involving law enforcement, a fee of $500 may be assessed, and your reservation may be subject to termination.

For after-hours assistance regarding lost keys, lockouts, or any damages caused by guest negligence, an $80 service fee will apply, and a $100 fee will be charged for key replacements. We kindly ask that all fees be settled before we can provide any services. Thank you for your understanding!
