This bungalow was the perfect little spot for my family vacation! Christopher was an excellent host and was very responsive when we reached out. I would definitely book a stay at this location again!
Highly recommend this house for a trip to the Utica area. The rooms were clean, well maintained and the host was very responsive with questions and giving information about the house as well as offering suggestions of things to do in the area.
The bungalow was clean and comfortable, although strong cleaning products had been used, which may bother guests who are sensitive to scents. While the bungalow is not new, the kitchen is well equipped, and both bedrooms and the living room are spacious. It was a very practical place to stay during my son’s sports tournament. Communication with the host was very efficient. The location is not very close to shops or restaurants, so guests should expect to use a car to get around. Overall, for the price, the space, and the convenience of having a kitchen, it was a better choice for us than staying in a hotel.
