The property was immaculately clean and the host was very responsive! The pool and spa were great and the kids liked the putting green. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Overall would highly recommend this place to any group or family needing a place to stay in Clovis.

Air conditioning locked up. I feel if Im paying , I should be able to set it to my comfort level. Showed Spa as a amenity ( part of the reason we reserved the property). It was not working. Owner said it was just broken over the last week. The pool man said it was down for months. We did get 100.00 credit.

Thank you for your feedback. Please be assured that our pool and spa are regularly serviced and maintained. I’m not sure who you spoke to, but the information stated is inaccurate. The issue was a sudden short at the breaker that occurred during a prior guest's stay just a couple of days before your arrival. Because replacement parts were unavailable on such short notice, we didn't have enough time to resolve it before your check-in. Valuing your experience, I promptly informed you and proactively issued a courtesy refund for the inconvenience. The issue has since been fully resolved, and we wish you the best in your travels.
