**PLEASE NOTE** As with most gated communities, all renters are required to complete a Renter Agreement, plus an Application and lease agreement. Once approved, this allows for an entry pass through the gate. There is an application fee of $500, $50 for each ID card access, and $100 non-refundable processing fee* which you will pay directly to the community association and is not included in this booking fee. We cannot 100% confirm the booking until the application has been approved by the association, but your dates will be held until that is confirmed.

Guests have full access to the entire home, private pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, and all resort-style amenities in the gated Vista WildBlue community.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions the day before your arrival date.

This property is in a gated community and they require an application form, and an application fee submitted 30 days in advance of your proposed check-in date. We will provide you with a the lease agreement and any further instructions. The application fee is $500, $100 processing fee, and $50 per person for ID access card. This is paid directly to the community association after booking. This process must be completed asap in order to 100% confirm your booking as the community will not allow access without approval. Minimum booking age is 30. The primary renter must be present for the booking. You must check in upon arrival at the community and also check out when departing on your final day. No smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises. This home is a private residential community and we ask that you respect the neighbors and community. Please keep noise down before 8am & after 10pm. No pets allowed. We know you will be considerate but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable. Please read through the house manual provided online, and at the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
