We’re based part time in the Chicagoland and Sanibel area and love helping families create unforgettable vacation memories by sharing the beauty and unique experiences of Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, and the Naples–Marco Island area.
Why they chose this property
We chose to own a home in the private Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club community because it already held a special place in our hearts. For many years, our family owned a villa nearby, and we created countless wonderful memories there. Over time, the community truly began to feel like home. We love the welcoming atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and the peaceful lifestyle it offers, which made it an easy decision to return and invest in a home here.
What makes this property unique
What we love most about our home is its central location. You’re away from the traffic and crowds, yet just 15 minutes from both Sanibel beaches and Fort Myers beaches. A Target, Publix, and Dutch Bros Coffee are all within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. Best of all, our nearly one-acre lot provides a true sense of privacy, offering peace, quiet, and plenty of space to relax.
