The deck is sure to be your favorite place to watch the sunset after a long day in the water. Kitchen comes fully appointed to cover your cooking needs. Enjoy full access to the POA’s resort amenities including hot tub, swimming pool, and tennis courts that are just steps away from the condo. Conveniently located on highway 7 south near all the lake fun and best restaurants!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please pile all used towels in the laundry room for our housekeeper to wash.
This allows us to keep offering a nice 3pm check-in time. :)
Trash bin is outside in the wooden receptacle. Our POA has a lock on it to keep animals out: the access code for the trash bin is "birds".
Please make sure:
- coffee maker is unplugged
- all overhead lights are off
-AC is set to 72.

We love Lake Hamilton and the south end of the lake where the condo is located because it’s near all the best restaurants and fun (Fisherman’s Wharf, The Belle, The Landing and Ward’s Crawfish Hole, Sam’s Pizza). We felt like this condo had everything we needed - location, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and of course THE VIEW 😍
