The studio offers you the chance to come in, unwind, and relax in the comfort of the central A/C. Toss a load of laundry in the shared washer/dryer while you use the WiFi to check the forecast before your next adventure.
The studio offers two comfortable queen-size beds, allowing up to four guests to enjoy a restful night of sleep. Wake up with a light breakfast and then stroll on the beach to find the perfect spot to set up camp and catch some rays. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS must register at the HOA office to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. The office is located on the first floor to the left as you walk in. The fee is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards).
