Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used the grill, be sure to clean it back up. Don’t forget to enter your family in our guest book! We love the memories this creates!
Securely lock the front and back doors of the house and close the overhead garage door. (Do not lock the door to the garage from the house)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The 6 person limit is at any time. If you plan to have any guests other than those listed, please let us know your plans.
Contact us if you have a pet larger than 20lbs or are requesting bringing more than one pet. We make exceptions depending on breed and circumstances.

Ready for blast off. Rocket City themed home. Host was excellent in communication. Fenced yard was pet friendly. House was very clean and beds were firm but comfortable. We only needed the home for one night and think for that purpose it was a bit over-priced. For us, location was great as it was near the person we were visiting. If coming back to the area and needing to stay longer we would consider staying here again.

It’s also great that the location was convenient for your visit—that’s exactly what we hope for. Regarding the pricing for a one-night stay, that’s a fair observation and we completely understand how it can feel higher on a per-night basis. Our standard minimum stay is actually two nights, but occasionally we open up single-night bookings to fill last-minute gaps in the calendar. Those stays are typically priced at a premium because they’re much harder to coordinate, and we still incur the full turnover cost—especially with whole-home cleanings, which are the same whether a guest stays one night or several. We’d love to have you back for a longer stay next time, where the overall value tends to balance out much more. Thanks again for staying with us!

The home was extremely clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is close to several restaurants and coffee shops.I always pack things I may need at VRBO homes, but these hosts went "above and beyond" thinking of the little extras ... they had a few extra rolls of toilet paper, some dish pods to run the dishwasher, and even some pods for laundry! Their towels were very soft and luxurious and they even provided small make-up removal towels. My favorite was that they had liquid hand soap dispensers at every sink, as well as all natural liquid shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers. Their home is lovely!The hosts always responded quickly to any questions that we had and were always very helpful.
