Thank you for your feedback. This falls short of our standards and I’m sorry for the issues you encountered. We’ve shared your notes with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for a full deep-clean, odor investigation, and retraining so this doesn’t happen again.
I am sorry about the difficulty in retrieving your backpack, our cleaners and inspectors are usually very busy after a check out, getting the house ready for the next guest, and we have to work around that schedule. I'm glad to know that the backpack was retrieved by a member of your party very soon!
