We had a great stay overall, the house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient for restaurants, activities, and nightlife, and the price was a great value. I really liked the parking spot and the ability to park behind the fence for privacy. One thing to be aware of is that the location can be quite noisy on weekend nights. The property is very close to the bar and nightlife scene, and we experienced significant street noise between approximately 2–3 AM, including people parked along the street right outside the house with car doors open and music playing loudly. There is also a hookah bar directly across the street that stays open until around 5 AM, with quite a bit of traffic on weekend nights.We never felt unsafe during our stay, although there was a noticeable presence of people experiencing homelessness in the surrounding area. The furniture could also use some updating for comfort, particularly the couch and master bed.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped, the location was convenient, and the price was an excellent value. Just be prepared for some late-night noise if you're staying over the weekend.

Cute house and great location!

I would recommend this home. We appreciated the off street parking, the location is less than 30 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go and the home is clean and the beds are comfortable.

Great Place

Highly recommend. Place has very comfortable beds and anything you would need during your stay. Love that we walked in from the snow and the house was warm for us with the heater already turned on. Very comfortable house with a nice backyard and front deck. Extremely close to great food and anything else you would need. We will definitely stay here during our next trip to KC.

Great place to stay for Chiefs games

Had a couple of friends over and went downtown. Easy to get to arrowhead on Sunday and also to the airport on Monday. Two minutes from Q39 for delicious burnt ends that I can’t get in Arizona :)

Perfect spot

Property is clean and well maintained. Perfect for us as we were in town for the NCAA wrestling championships held over 3 days at the Tmobile arena. We found neighborhood relatively quiet even considering that you are just two doors from a somewhat busy street. Check in and communication very accurate and timely. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is fine and the location is great. However, there were people partying and loudly playing music with their car doors open both nights we stayed. They did this Saturday night from 2 until 6 am Sunday. If you are a light sleeper, it will be hard to sleep.

Cute home. Updated with old time guts. Close to City and many food options. Plenty of room and neat. Communication with hosts very good. Surroundings questionable but where i choose to be clise to family.

Nice place

This was a very nice and clean home. The updates were good. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus for 4 people. The location is not far from night life and shopping. That did make it a little noisy at night. Overall it was a good place to stay, and perfect for what we needed for a weekend away.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the house very much. We didn’t like the neighborhood. It was too loud and too busy. Sirens were going off all the time. If you are used to that, the house is perfect for you.

Great house near to all the action!

This was a great place that was right next to lots of restaurants and activity! We enjoyed ourselves and the house was as described! The only thing that guests might want to be aware of was that the street can get a little noisy at night, but I think that comes with being close to the action. The first night we stayed was after a Chief's home game which probably added to the excitement! The house was great for us though!

Westport

Good location for museums, brewery, and there is ample off street parking. Comfortable beds and soft towels. House is located in a central busy location. If you are not used to traffic noise, bring earplugs. Jason was sooo helpful in mailing my back pack that was left at the property. Thank you, Jason!!

Great place to stay!

This was our first trip to KC and we had come out to visit a friend who suggested we stay in the city. This location was perfect. It wasn’t a far drive to wherever we wanted to visit. We did hear a lot of sirens at night, but since we live in the country I figured we probably would. There were fans to drown out some of that city noise if you aren’t accustomed to that. The home had everything we needed in it. We found that the upstairs tv didn’t work but there was a working one in the living room. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this property.

Charming home close to Downtown KC

We were in KC and needed access to downtown easily. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. When we arrived, everything was clean and tidy. The neighborhood is not ideal as the house next door is vacant and if you like a quiet night atmosphere, this is not that place. There are many people walking by and sirens going off often. Definitely not a place to take a night stroll. Other than that, I would recommend staying. Older home with a lot of charm.

Nice clean house sketchy neighborhood

House was nice and clean, property owner was great-Neighborhood was super loud. The abandoned house next door had homeless people sleeping and fighting in the backyard and there was gun shots at 3:45am just across the street, police showed up but the cars sped away.nobody bothered us, but there were needles and drug paraphernalia around. House had a lot of character but didn’t feel like we could enjoy the backyard with transient people next door.
