Grand Beach 313 -Newly Remodeled and King Master

Grand Beach 313 is a one bedroom, 1 bath condo with built in bunks. It has a beautiful view of the Gulf State Park beach and fishing pier from the private balcony. The beach is right across Beach Blvd and down the access path. The beach is normally not very crowded since we are at the end of most of the condos going east. The complex is less than one mile east of Hwy. 59 (Hangout) in Gulf Shores.
• The unit has luxury vinyl tile throughout.
• Fully equipped kitchen with dining room table that seats two, with 3 additional bar stools.
• Private balcony. Furniture has been upgrade to two Adirondack chairs.
• Washer and Dryer in unit
• Living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper and a 55" flat screen and DVD player
• Master bedroom has a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV
• There is a set of twin bunk beds built in the alcove in the hallway.
• Wireless internet access is provided.
• Amenities include Air Conditioning, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, DVD players, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Hair Dryer, Outdoor pool and Hot Tub, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable
• Maximum of two cars allowed. One parking pass included. One additional pass can be purchased and must be requested at booking or at least a week before arrival or will have to be purchased onsite.
• There is a Ring video doorbell on the entry door to verify unit is not over capacity.

The room was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with needed kitchen and toiletry supplies; also, WiFi was easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well each night. The view of the Gulf of America was really nice! We had an easy walk to the beach and even to local restaurants and markets. We enjoyed having a couple of small beach chairs provided in the room, as well! We really enjoyed the beach and it is nice that it’s at the end of big condos and away from all the crowded areas of the beach - very close to the pier! Great and convenient location, we didn’t even rent a car and enjoyed walking and using ride-share services, when needed.

I am so happy that you had such a great time and during a period that you were supposed to have a tropical storm. That just goes to show you can't depend on the weather forecast at the Gulf. I had someone in my other unit wanting to cancel their stay because of the weather and it ended up being very nice. Come back anytime!

Perfect Getaway Near the Pier!Our stay at this Vrbo was absolutely outstanding, earning five stars across the board. The location couldn't be better—we loved being just a short, easy walk from several excellent restaurants and, most importantly, the fishing pier. This convenience made our entire trip feel seamless and relaxing.The property itself was immaculate. Enjoyable Family Vacay

The property was exactly as pictured! Very beautiful. Straight forward instructions. Great direct communication with property owner....extremely fast response to a concern. The location was PERFECT for the view, access to the beach and location to Orange Beach and the highway to Foley for our day trips to Tropic Falls Theme Park. My kids especially enjoyed the warm pool. I would recommend this condo to everyone!!!

Beautiful property!

We stayed here in June and couldn't have been more pleased. The unit is beautifully decorated and well appointed with bath towels, quality sheets, pillows, and comfortable mattresses. This was a special trip for my daughter's graduation. We had one adult and 3 teens. Two of the teens slept in the bunk area, one on the pull out couch, and I had the bedroom. We had plenty of room and were comfortable. The beach is across the street from the unit. Just a short walk to get there. There aren't any buildings across the road to block view. We loved the fact that there was a washer/dryer. The kitchen had beautiful stainless steel appliances. Also, the door has a keypad, so no checking in anywhere...that alone is priceless! The owner is great to work with. He definitely wants his renters to have a great trip. Thanks for making my daughter's senior trip a happy one. We made a lot of great memories.

We Loved It!!

We had such a great time! This property was so clean and just as pictured! It was the perfect size for our family. The beds were comfortable & my nephew, who slept on the couch bed all week said it was comfy too and that’s rare to find! It is a short walk from the beach & close to all the great restaurants. We genuinely enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great Location, Stunning Views & Comfortable.

The Condo exceeded all of our expectations. Waking up to picturesque views of the beach was one of our highlights. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect with a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the shops. The owner was very helpful and always asked us what else he could do to make our stay better. His responses were very quick and helpful. The communal pool and spa complimented the property. We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend this condo for anyones considering to stay in Gulf Shores.
