★ ID VERIFICATION AND DAMAGE WAIVER/DEPOSIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification and a security hold of $750 (just an authorization hold like a pending transaction that disappears after checkout.) Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either one is required when completing the check-in process. Guests may access all areas of the home and private backyard. Locked owner`s closet in hall bath is not for guest use.

Easy check-in/out with personal door code. No keys to carry. We`re available during your stay for any of your needs.

Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. This home is in a quiet, family community. No events or drop-by guests without prior permission. If any complaints are received, you will be asked to vacate WITHOUT REFUND.
- Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host. Additional fees apply.
- No more than 6 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
- No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
- No parking or driving on the lawn.
- If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Yes, they have our number.
