Wonderful accommodations and great location. Only a 4-night getaway but felt so incredibly relaxed and refreshing. Would expect this to be an outstanding location for all 4 seasons.

Thanks, Brad. Pleased to hear had a great time and enjoyed all amenities( hot tub, Sauna) .Happy to host again.
Pictures are accurate, the house is has everything you would need. Inside the house is clean and well put together. The house and property is kid friendly. The only negative was there outdoor space needed cleaning. The outdoor space was the main reason we selected to rent this house. The yard and decking was covered with leaves, yes I know it is prime season for leaves but it hasn’t been picked up in a while. The chairs by the fire pit need cleaned and the fire table on the upper deck needs cleaned as well. There was trash in and around the fire pit from the previous guests. Overall it is a great house and outdoor space. The cleaning crew needs to do a little work outside. The host was easy to work with and had great communication throughout. I would recommend this place for anyone going to hocking hills.
The location was great, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. However, there were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. The property was described as secluded, but it was located directly along the road, which was a little misleading. Our biggest concern was the smell throughout parts of the home. There was a strong musty odor as soon as we walked through the front door, along with visible signs of what appeared to be previous water damage. The area leading outside also had a very unpleasant odor that was difficult to identify. We noticed baking soda and an air freshener in that area, which made us wonder if this was an ongoing issue. While we appreciated the location and amenities, the odors and overall condition of certain areas took away from what otherwise could have been a wonderful stay. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The pics really build this place up. It is not near as nice as pics show. Drawers in kitchen were buggy, window & screens buggy. Realize this a woody area but still could be cleaner. Upstairs cushions were soaked and unable to use firepit. No cell phone service, could never connect to stream on tv. Weak or no signal. Bar chairs are weak, wobbly and need replaced. Lots of loose dogs in area, don’t leave your pet loose outside. Overall we left early as it was not nice as pictured. I would say it truly was not worth the price we paid.

Sorry to hear this did not meet your expectations. I don’t agree about your comment about photo. This is exactly matching with what all amenities we are proving. During your stay it rained a lot that is why outdoor sofa was wet. Thanks, Ila

It was a great experience.
All the amenities made the cabin. Being close to the road was offputting but being able to close the blinds helped and the view of the mountain from the hot tub. The little area between the kitchen and hot tub needed some blinds to keep it private. The rug in the living room and some bedding had lots of dog hair and the floor was dirty and made socks filthy. The robes had pieces of hair intertwined in the robe . We would definitely stay again for all the amenities and the price!
Cabin was neat and clean with a fun bee theme. Lots of games available for entertainment. Kitchen was well-equipped. Plenty of extras like a hot tub, sauna, upper deck with fire pit.
