Our semi detached maisonette is part of a 3 maisonettes complex. It is located in a prime spot of Porto Rafti enjoying panoramic views, natural environment and tranquility. At a 5 min walking distance there is the wonderful sandy beach of Panorama and at a distance of 5 min by car, there is the open long sandy beach of Avlaki Porto Rafti, where we can also find many coffee shops umbrellas and deckchairs.

The maisonette consists of a lower floor - semibasement - where there is a bedroom with a king size bed, closets, a bathroom with a walk in shower, a wc and and extra bedroom. In the ground floor there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a big refrigerator, a flat tv, a balcony and a back yard/ veranda. In the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a large veranda with excellent sea views.

All balconies and verandas are equipped with outdoor furniture.

Parking is free and easy in front of the house.

Extremely Happy with this rental.

I was extremely pleased with both the owner, Eugenia and the property. Eugenia is very pleasant to deal with and very heartwarming. The property is very well kept, clean and stacked with the right amount of products for your stays needs. I would definitely rent this property again and I recommend it 100% to anyone looking to stay in Porto Rafti. Another plus is that the beach is very very close. Comfortable house

House is new and well furnished. From the upper floor you can see the sea. Kitchen is fully equiped - you will find there literally everything you could possibly need. The owner is really nice and thoughful, and would treat us with some local sweets as well. Apartment is a bit uphill and away from cafes/shops, so it's better if you have a car.
