This newly constructed, custom-designed home offers 3,400 square feet of stylish comfort, featuring 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms spread across two thoughtfully designed levels. Whether you're planning a peaceful personal retreat or a fun-filled getaway with family and friends, this home is built to impress and relax. On the main level, you'll find a serene primary suite with a walk-in shower, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. The open-concept living room is filled with natural light and offers cozy seating around a gas fireplace (available October-April), with expansive windows overlooking the golf course. The fully stocked kitchen and adjacent dining room make it easy to gather for meals, while two additional guest bedrooms share a full bath, and a powder room adds extra convenience. Step out onto the screened-in porch to enjoy views of the wooded backyard and pool—perfect for summer lounging or sipping coffee on crisp fall mornings.

One of the home’s most unique features is its private courtyard oasis, tucked within the footprint of the house. This inviting space includes a gas firepit (available April-November), making it a fantastic spot for evening gatherings, storytelling, or simply relaxing under the stars. Downstairs, the fun continues with a cozy TV rec room and arcade system, plus another en suite bedroom and two more guest rooms that share a bathroom. The layout is perfect for groups who want both shared spaces and private corners to unwind.

Bedding configuration: Upper level guest room - queen, middle upper level guest room - 2 fulls, upper level primary en suite - king, lower level en suite - king, middle lower level guest room - 2 queens, and lower level guest room - queen.

Outside, the property sits on a full acre, offering plenty of room to relax. The 16x34 heated saltwater pool (kept between 82–84°F) is open from Memorial Day through early October, with pool toys and floats provided to keep the good times rolling. For May and October bookings, just check in advance to confirm pool availability based on weather. And no matter the season, the hot tub is open year-round for a soothing soak. Note that the hot tub will be available for guests beginning in May 2026. And let's not miss that in the wintertime, the Fifth hole at Clearbrook across the street turns into a popular sledding hill and destination for fun in the snow!

Special Notice for Winter and Spring Renters: Outdoor areas may not be complete such as backyard hardscaping, patio and courtyard. Landscaping will be complete by Memorial Day. Rentals prior to Memorial Day should expect only a rough (dirt) grading around house with minimal grass. Rates have been discounted to reflect this.

Other Things to Note:
Summer rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. This is a pet free property. No parties or events are allowed. Parking is limited to 6 cars (2 in garage and 4 tandem in driveway, street parking is not allowed). Due to proximity to the golf course, occasional stray golf balls may reach the driveway. Parking is at renter's own risk when booking.
