Guests have full private access to the entire apartment, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. Entry is through a smart lock using your personal code provided before check-in. There are no shared interior spaces or shared outdoor areas. Street parking is available in front of the building or nearby on the block.

Important: A $1,000 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties or smoking inside the unit, along with additional cleaning fees or charges for damages.

Guest Verification
To ensure a safe and secure experience for all, we kindly require all guests to submit a valid government-issued ID along with a selfie holding the ID after booking. This verification step must be completed before we can release your access code. It’s a simple process that helps us confirm guest identity, prevent misuse, and ensure a trusted experience for everyone. Your information will be kept secure and used solely for this purpose. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
