Guests have access to the whole cottage and sauna shed (green shed)
Self check-in via keypad makes arrival simple and flexible.
During the warmer months, feel free to bring your own boat and tie off at our pier. Public boat launch just down the road at W5281 County Rd B, Johnson Creek, WI 53038
Alternatively, guests can enjoy our shared fleet of river toys: 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, a pedal boat, and a paddleboard. Use is by request only and subject to availability, as these items are shared between both of our cottages.
When booking, please tell us which items you’d like to use so we can try to accommodate your preferences. Guests use all equipment at their own risk and must wear life jackets (provided) while on the water.All kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and pedal boat use must be in accordance with Wisconsin Law and local ordinances.
We love well-behaved dogs and understand they’re part of the family! We just ask that you follow these simple guidelines to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
-Dogs only; no other pets are permitted.
-Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
-Dogs must remain leashed when outdoors.
-Dogs may not be left unattended on the property.
There is 1 security camera located on the west side of the cottage to monitor the west side of the property.
After you book your stay no additional overnight guests are permitted.
House Rules:
-No parties or events
-Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM
-No smoking inside
-No unregistered guests permitted overnight
-No unregistered pets permitted
-Please clean up after pets, dispose of waste in trash, and keep pets leashed when outdoors. Pets may not be left unattended on the property.
-Please do not pour any grease down the drains. Under the kitchen sink you’ll find a glass jar in which you can pour grease, or absorb with paper towel and dispose in the trash. Grease in pipes can cause damage that comes with hefty repair bills.
-Vehicles must remain on gravel driveway
-Please use outdoor equipment safely and return items where found.
-All kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and pedal boat use must be in accordance with Wisconsin Law and local ordinances. Every person must have a life jacket (provided).
-Sauna is for registered guests aged 18+ and is to be used at your own risk. Do not use if you have any health issues and consult your doctor prior. Additional sauna use guidelines will be posted in the sauna. In the event of an emergency, dial 911.
