The unit was lovely. We were however overwhelmed by the Code of Conduct.
This was our first holiday in one location for a whole week in more than 10 years. The unit was lovely. (Next time will seek an outdoor area however) We were however a little overwhelmed by the Code of Conduct, in particular to unpacking dishwashers, accidentally leaving food in fridge freezer and rubbish disposal. As a comparison we paid less than 1/2 the nightly tariff paid for your unit last evening with no such restrictions.
The last day text received further enforcing and reminding us of CofC obligations left us feeling more worried about our departure than enjoying our last day. The unit is expensive and we had treated ourselves. I’m certain even a 5% payment to cleaning staff would leave the week financially viable. May I suggest you adopt a more positive approach ~ such as welcome to our unit or Thankyou for staying with us than the robust framework of rules that are in place.

Apologies you felt that way and definitely not aimed at you, we do have a compendium in the house welcoming you and to contact us if you have any problems.
As the rules have changed for holiday letting we have to follow the NSW services rule for holiday letting we have no choice and have to ensure all guests are aware of their new Code of Conduct rules. We do get a lot of guests that don't follow the rules and if we get complaints we get punished.
NSW Government has also changed how many days we can holiday let and that has made letting in our area a little expensive.
