Tiled living areas and carpeted bedrooms, this unit is perfect for those on a budget.

Air conditioned living area and fenced paved courtyard with bbq.
off street parking for 1 car available- however walking distance to all shops, beach, river and parks.
Great for the small family or older person/s.
