Summary:

This is a luxurious second floor condo, with spectacular lanai views located in amenity rich Treviso Bay. Guests can transfer the Social Membership and or Golf Membership to enjoy tons of amenities including tennis and pickleball, golf, an exercise facility, a lap and resort pool, spa, walking and jogging paths and so much more!



The Space:

We want to welcome you to the best tucked away subdivision in Treviso Bay -Venezia. In this condo you are just a short walk away from the sparkling clean and heated community where you can relax on a chaise lounge to enjoy another day in paradise.



Please note: The golf course will be closed beginning March 1, 2027 until October or November 2027 due to renovations and will NOT be available during this time period.



This wonderful second floor condo has a 1 car detached garage and has the unique quality of have two screened in outdoor spaces! There is a front porch on the unit that overlooks the garages and the landscape beyond the the back lanai that has a dining set on it that over looks the golf course and subtropical landscape! Inside the unit you will have a few options for dining. There is a high top table for 2 in the kitchen or a more formal dining space with 4 chairs on a gorgeous table.



The condo has a open concept family room with a large screen TV with basic cable included and a sitting area and den which is a wonderful place to relax and read a book after a long day at the beach! Being situated on the second floor the unit has vaulted ceilings.

There are two full bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. In the main bedroom you will find a King bed with a en suite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower.



The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a wonderful coastal chic decor. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo which is great for your over night guests and family.



This rental comes with transferable membership: Social Membership is Available to transfer for $250 and Golf is Available for $200 as of 2022, prices subject to change.

Mike Z Rentals LLC follows all CDC guidelines for the cleaning of this property and the property is completely cleaned in between each and every reservation.



This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.



Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.



This property is about 60 mins away from SWFL Int'l Airport and Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. We recommend for guests to bring their own car as the greater Naples area is very large and we want you to be able to enjoy all that we have to offer.

Nice place

This place was very nice. It was clean - unlike a lot of rentals we've had - it had all the things we needed when we wanted to cook in. Property Manager was readily available and helpful when we had questions too.

Stay away from this unit and Mike Z Rentals

Rental thru VRBO with Mike Z. rental agency. Other than the front door code, no information from Mike Z Rentals prior to arrival - no info on Social / Golf membership transfer opportunities / process; no instructions on how to obtain complex access transponder; no instructions for mailbox (we forwarded our mail here). See below for commentary on Mike Z rentals during our stay. As for Treviso Bay, a very nice resort. The facilities – golf, pools, restaurants, grounds, are all top notch. As for the unit – nice view, but, very limited in many areas – basic supplies in kitchen- limited utensils and cookware (coatings were scratched). The knives couldn’t cut warm butter. Basic cable TV, no HD The big issue was with cleanliness / usability of the condo. The dining room chairs, not sure of the material, all had dry rot – the seats were cracked and flaking, all were unusable. Should have been replaced years earlier. The front door mat was completely worn out; the patio furniture by the front door is old and stained; the floors on the front and back balconies were stained and dirty. The worst issue was the carpets in the bedrooms - so dirty and stained, absolutely gross (tan carpets were black), We complained to Mike Z rentals about getting in someone in to clean the rugs. It took 5 weeks to have the carpets cleaned after numerous e-mails (poor response to e-mails / follow up). It was the same complaint someone made 2 years earlier - we couldn’t believe it would continue to be that bad– it was. In summary, Treviso Bay is a very nice resort, but, the unit and Mike Z rentals were the worst VRBO rentals we’ve ever had – stay away from this unit and Mike Z rentals!!

Not up to par

The unit was not up to standard for sure. When we arrived both commodes were running non stop and the disposal did not work. Called rental company and it was 5 days before I got a response. Then had to wait for plumber to come. Then the dryer wasn't working. Communicated with rental company and 10 days later then sent a repairman. Again had to wait for repair person. He couldn't figure out what was wrong. Left thinking it was fixed then had to return. Figured out it was the electrical outlet so had to call an electrician. Waited for this repairman to come. Dryer still made a loud banging noise when it ran and informed rental company and they never got back to me. The carpets in the unit were filthy so we rented a carpet cleaner and cleaned them ourselves, knowing the rental company would never get back to us and I couldn't stay there without cleaning the carpets. They need to be replaced for sure. The master closet door came off and again contacted rental company, never got back to us until 1 week before we were to leave for home. We told them we were not going to wait for the handyman as we had spent enough time waiting around for repairmen for repairs that should have been made before we arrived. We have rented in Treviso Bay before and were extremely happy, unfortunately this was not one of those times.

House rental at Treviso Bay was a delightful experience. Our unit was very clean upon arrival. Great location, wonderful restaurants in the area. I had a slight problem with the clothes dryer, however, it was taken care of promptly. The MikeZ rental company was very easy to work with. Thank you
