Beautiful PET FRIENDLY 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Single Family Oceanside Cottage. Small dogs (under 25 lbs) only with $100 pet fee ( 2 maximum). Very private area but only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Recently updated to include bathrooms with glass shower installs and granite counters in the kitchen!
Main level: Large open great room with cathedral loft ceilings. Lots of movies and books for you to enjoy. Open wrap around deck with furniture. Kitchen well equipped with all the comforts of home. Has Wood burning Fireplace in Living Room. Master Bedroom with Queen, private bath and open deck with furniture. Screened porch with dining area and ceiling fan. Washer/dryer in the hallway.
Top Level: Bedroom with Queen & open deck. Bedroom with 2 double beds. Shared bath in hall. Large loft landing with rocking chair for reading or just relaxing. House offers TV, DVD player, WIFI, ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Gas Grill. Outside shower. Many extras for guest to enjoy, movies and beach toys. Children's play area in Sea Dunes that is nearby and great for younger children to enjoy. Emerald Park Woods Park (41 acres of nature) and our 15 mile long Bicycle Trail/ Jogging trail is just behind the house. NO SMOKING. Rents from Sunday to Sunday. LINENS ARE INCLUDED IN PRIME SEASON (JUNE 9-AUGUST 3- WEEKS ONLY- FULL PRICE)

Emerald Isle, NC was voted by USA Today as the #1 Beach in North Carolina.
Emerald Isle offers a Public Boat Ramp located at Jean Preston Park about mid way the island. (near Chapel By the Sea). There is a play ground and public restroom located there as well. We have multiple kayak launch areas and parks within the city limits, including a Sound front park with dock located on Coast Guard Road. You may also enjoy Surf Fishing all along the 12 mile stretch of our beautiful island. We have a Fishing Gear store and several Convenient Stores offer bait, hooks and other fishing items needed. Don't forget you need a Fishing License to Surf Fish but can enjoy fishing from the Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier by purchasing a fishing pass for the day or week.

Check out our new grocery store Publix located beside Emerald Plantation and Snapper's Restaurant (used to be Jordan's Seafood) while here also!

Amazing stay

Our vacation here turned out to be a really amazing. It was a great location for stores and great spot to avoid the congestion again on and off the aisle. Hopefully we can make a trip here again.

Great house close to beach

Very comfortable space for several adults. Clean and well equipped. Only a short walk to a gorgeous beach.

Better property than expected.

This was our first visit to the Emorald aisle. We picked this property for value and for the pet friendliness. We absolutely loved this place. It was actually better than it showed in the pictures. The beach was just a short walk down the street. We also visited a couple other beaches on the island which were pretty easy to get to. Short drive to good restaurants and shopping etc. I definitely recommend this place.

Nothing Fancy But Nice & Clean

Overall a great experience. Location was nice although walk to the beach is more than 5 minutes as advertised. But it wasn't bad at all. We had bikes so most of the time, we drove the car down, unloaded, drove it back to the house as there were no beach parking, and then rode a bike back down (2 minute bike ride). Then when it was time to leave, ride bike home, got the car and drove back to beach to load up. It wasn't bad at all. We could have rented a golf cart but that was kinda expensive. We also walked it a few times, we bought a beach cart to haul things, and that wasn't bad either, but it got so hot. The place was nice, the only thing I would change is the red couch is old and worn. It had an outside shower that was nice to rinse off before going inside. The gas grill worked. It needs replacing. Otherwise, Century 21 was very responsive to all questions. Check in and out were easy. The rental office is a couple miles from the home on the main road. Overall we had a great time, and would rent there again.

Lucky Pelican was great.

We loved staying here. We chose it partly for all the great decks. We hung out on them a lot. It was pet friendly and our papillon loved it there, too. One night while walking him, we came face to face with a deer just across from our driveway! The beach access was a short walk from the house. The nature park was a short walk in another direction, or you could drive over and park. Beautiful park, lots of trails, and more animals to see. The park is on the Bogue Sound side, and there was a dock with a kayak launch. We had a good time fishing off the dock.

Great Stay!

We had a much needed relaxing vacation at the beach, and this house was the perfect size for our family and in good proximity of the beach, especially with a golf cart.
