My wife and 10-yr old son flew in from New Hampshire, and were joined by my 22-yr old son, who lives in Florida. The house was very nice, beds were comfortable, and the pool was nice and warm! Good location and easy access to plenty of things to do. We did have any issues during our 3-night stay and would recommend the place to others.

We enjoyed our stay very much and loved the pool and the outdoor area. Drinking coffee in the AM while soaking in the sun was great, while watching the little lizards run around! It was very welcome coming from WI and luckily avoiding 2 feet of snow during our stay! We visited Honeymoon Island Beach, Crystal River and Homosassa Springs State Park, Clearwater Beach and the Clearwater Aquarium, and Weeki Wachee Springs State Park to swim and watched the mermaid show. The week went by far too fast and wish we were still there! Thank you again for opening up your wonderful home for us to stay at!

What a awesome host Mr Gerson is wow my family and I will definitely stay there again so clean so we’re coming so warm we had a chance to meet him on New Year’s eve what a beautiful pleasure thank you for everything so welcoming help my kids and husband to set up all all fishing poles we love him!!!

The house was cute but a few things were off. The beds were hard as rocks and not even usable in 1 room. The floors were dirty especially in the master bed room - hair and crap all over the floors. 2 of us ended up sick. Allergic to pet dander and mold so the house had 1 of those!!! Also the neighbor was not respectful - running the ATVs and loud cars after 11pm!
