Location, location, location!

Would love to stay there again. The ocean side with the swimming pool is the perfect combo. Dolphins in the bay and a lovely summer breeze every day. Sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were picture perfect. The responsiveness of the property manager was fabulous.

We loved our vacation! And even moreso, we loved our contact person. There were a few minor blips in our stay, but each time Sophia took care of them in a timely and satisfactory manner. We look forward to returning next spring and staying once again at this condo with the gorgeous view.

Rented for my children and grandchild since we didn’t have enough room in our house for all of our children and grandchildren. Property was clean and as advertised. We did visit to go for a walk and the view was wonderful of the gulf.

Very serene, calming

Condo was clean & decorated very nice. It was calming & we loved the balcony overlooking the water. My children loved seeing the dolphins and sea turtles, even a shark every morning. Neighbors are not nice at all. That was the only downfall to this property.

Good with some upgrades needed.

We always enjoy staying at this location. The security guards and residents are friendly and helpful. However, this unit needs upgrades. Starting with the screen door, first impressions. The appliances and furniture have reach their end of life. It's a beautiful condo, great views of the Gulf. Just needs some TLC. We plan on coming back to this location next year.

well used property

property is very well used.... both sliding doors were difficult to open or close, on one the handle was broken upon arrival, dimmer switch in dining area is a safety concern, any switch you have to wiggle to get it to work is not safe... floors were filthy upon arrival, property manager was very responsive in getting someone in to clean immediately. both dressers had clothes from previous guests.. as well as "personal" items. Door to washer/dryer kept falling off its track.. location is very nice, view was great

Older place

The place was clean and nice, but older then we expected. It has some things to fix and update. One being the front screen door which was hard to open and close. I cut my finger on trying to open it. Also, the master bed squeaks. And, there were not any bowls with lids for leftovers, we had to use plastic storage bags. On a very good note, we contacted the person in charge, Sophie, and she was wonderful. Quick to respond and even called me back. I really appreciate that. She made the stay even nicer. Hudson is an older town and the place we stayed like I said, was older then we expected. If you don't mind that, then this will work for you.

Musty and moldy

This property had an overwhelming musty smell. There was mold growing on the dressers. The floors made the bottoms of our feet brown with dirt. The kitchen is very dated and has the bare minimum - mostly things that look like they came from Goodwill. There seems to have been no thought of the potential renter. The master bedroom/bathroom are connected with no door in between. It you want to go into the bedroom you can see a person on the toilet as you enter. There are no towel bars and the rugs were filthy. I can't believe that someone would rent a place in this condition. On the up side - the pool was nice and we were left enough paper products and cleaning supplies for our stay. The neighbors were also very friendly.
