Beautiful, gated property with free parking. Elevators take you to the 4th floor, and our large, end-unit 400 with amazing views! Gorgeous & spacious! Private pool right on the Gulf of Mexico! Why they chose this property
Gulf of Mexico views from every room! Two balconies and bedrooms/baths are on opposite sides of the condo for ultimate privacy. Very spacious....over 1400 square feet!
What makes this property unique
This is the only corner-unit condo for rent at Gulf Island that we are aware of. It is much larger than most of the two bedroom/2bath condos in the community. Each bedroom/full bath is on opposite sides of the unit for maximum privacy, and each has it's own private balcony! This is a very spacious, luxury unit with high-end finishes.
