The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is at 11am tomorrow. Please make sure everything is turned off: AC, heater, lights, TVs, Stove, and etc.
Please double check that you did not leave anything because it will be thrown away. Please place all dirty towels in the center of the floor in each room before leaving. Please wash all dishware.
Please make sure the door is locked behind you. Please make sure you throw away all trash in the garbage bin outside. I hope you enjoyed your stay and I look forward to having you back :) .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PARTIES! Police will be called immediately and reservation will be canceled. Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is NOT allowed inside of the property.
Please do not bring food into the rooms or leave food in the kitchen sink. It will attract bugs.
No Noise complaints. Consistent noise complaints will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund. Damaged/Missing items is a $70 min. charge.
