This is a stylish 1 bedroom apartment in Marina Del Rey.

LIVING AREA: Clean and modern, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a 65-inch Smart TV with the Netflix app and other popular streaming apps installed (guests must sign in to their own accounts), plus a cozy fireplace.

OFFICE: Within the living room. There is a desk and office chair provided.

KITCHEN: Coffeemaker, microwave, dish washer, updated stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, blender, toaster, dish soap and dishwasher soap provided. 2 bar stools.

DINING AREA: There is a glass dining table that seats 4 people.

BATHROOM: 1 full bathroom. Shower, bath tub, and tons of storage space.

SLEEPING: 1 King mattress in the master bedroom and a 55 inch smart TV. Inside the master bedroom is a walk in closet.

PATIO: Seating for two on the balcony with sunset views.

Early Check-In Fees
Check-in time is from 4:00pm-1:00am. Additional fees may apply depending on your requested check-in time between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. A full nightly rate will apply for any check-in before 12:00 p.m.

Late Check-Out Fees
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Additional fees may apply depending on your requested check-out time between 10am and 1pm. A full nightly rate will apply for any check-out after 1:00 p.m.

All early check-in and late check-out requests must be approved in advance and confirmed in writing by our team, and are subject to availability.

Parking
We have a parking space available for rent at $5/day. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like to reserve it.

Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM in respect to our neighbors.

Use of the pool and hot tub is at guests’ own risk. By booking and using these amenities, guests acknowledge and accept all responsibility for their safety and the safety of their party. Children must be supervised at all times.

If you plan on shipping any packages to the property for or during your stay, please message for the mailing address.

Please treat our home with care, just as you would your own. We’ll send a simple checkout checklist on the day of departure. Following it helps us prepare the space for the next guests and avoid any additional cleaning charges.

There is a $500 lost key fob fee so PLEASE keep track of the key fob and return it safely to the lockbox at the end of your stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed if smoking is confirmed or if lingering smoke odors are detected.
