Location is great. Zoe coffee shop around the corner is perfect. Host was very helpful with getting checked in and out. The proviso about not staining the sheets was a bit strange.

This place is nicely decorated and well equipped. It’s newly renovated with all new decor and supplies. My issue is that there is a problem with the cooking/vent hood fan in this apartment and/or the apartment directly next door. Each time that apartment cooked- the food smells permeated into my unit. Not just a little bit, but a lot. I alerted the management on the second of my for night stay, and they said they would look into it. I never heard anything back, until I inquired again on my last night. They had nothing to add and just said sorry. Not even an offer of any discount or anything. I travel a lot and use short term rentals a lot. I was disappointed with the management response.
