The Space:

Ready for a relaxing escape to the Oregon Coast? This condo in Lincoln City is the perfect place to take it, with ocean views, dog-friendly accommodations, and a convenient location for up to two guests to enjoy!



Located on the main level of the Sandstone Point property, you'll have access to a community courtyard and the beach just down a flight of stairs and a short walk away. There are dining and shopping options nearby, as well as the cinema right across the highway.



This studio condo is simple and cozy, with just the right amount of space for two people. A balcony offers sunny seating for sipping your morning coffee with a gorgeous ocean view, and a couple armchairs are great for reading inside. There is a flatscreen cable TV and a gas fireplace for enjoying a romantic evening in, and WiFi lets you post your most recent vacation photos.



Cook up quick snacks in the microwave, enjoy your own coffee with the coffeemaker, and store snacks and leftovers in the convenient mini-fridge. Head outside to a picnic table in the common area to enjoy your meal with a view, or walk down to the beach for your picnic!



You'll sleep soundly in the large king bed in the center of the room, and a full bath has a tub/shower combo and a separate vanity area for convenience. Your furry companions can come along for the fun too, as this home is dog-friendly (please note a small, nightly pet fee).



This condo is perfect for a couple or a single person looking for a quiet escape - enjoy pleasant walks along the pristine sandy beach with the refreshing chill of the waves splashing your toes, or experience the beach on horseback through one of the local companies. Devils Lake is just a short drive away, where you can fish, kayak, sail, and stand-up paddleboard for a fun day on calm water.



Golf is available at the north end of Lincoln City at Chinook Winds Casino Resort, and you might hit the slots or blackjack tables afterward, if you're feeling lucky. A number of great dining options are close by, including Roadhouse 101, Snug Harbor Bar & Grill, and Dory Cove. Afterward, explore one of the art galleries or go birdwatching at Siletz Bay National Wildlife Refuge.

Besides the property being under construction, the room was everything you need for a quick getaway to the beach. I especially appreciated the warm fireplace in the room and the giant sliding doors. If we need somewhere to stay for a trip we'll be back!
