There were a few issues at check in but the communication was very fast. There was someone there by morning to address the issues. The hot tub needed cleaned out. The cover is broken and getting insulation in the hot tub which could damage it. The kitchen was well stocked but there were no dish cloths just a sponge which I don’t find very sanitary. The layout was great for our needs. The sheets were clean and the bed slept decent. Overall, the house could use some freshening up. The carpet leading upstairs & the upstairs didn’t looked swept. The towels looked stained and dirty. We washed the wash cloths a few times and they looked better. This home could be spruced up a bit to make it even better. It did meet our needs for this stay and we would rent again.

The house is old and sweet, however the kitchen was dirty. The cooking equipment pots and pans were very old and not clean.the beds were comfortable but the pullows were very old and lumpy. I would stay here again, but would bring my own cooking stuff.

Comfy house close to the beach!

The layout of the house was perfect for our large family, and we enjoyed the hot tub, foosball table and fire pit all 9 days of our trip. The house is located on a nice quiet cul-de-sac, and is a short walk to a beautiful beach. A very comfy family beach house.

Its on the north side of Rockaway, a bit far from the downtown area, but very comfortable, short walk to beach, has everything we needed. Great for a weekend with extended family. Thank you!

Great house for family reunion

Great house for large groups. The hot tub and fire pit were a treat. The only complaint was a strong smell of urine (cat?) in the upstairs bathroom.

Great Location

Had a great time. Kitchen fully equipped. Comfortable beds. Hot tub was perfect. Bundle of wood provided for campfire - nice! Had to launder upstairs bath rugs upon arrival - strong urine odor. Otherwise 5 star all the way.

Clean and well appointed

We enjoyed our stay at this property. While it is a little worn at the edges, it is well appointed and has many great features including space for us to spread out, a nice open floor plan for socializing, a hot tub, and quick proximity to a wonderful beach. We would definitely stay here again. The house could use some new cookware and knives, but we will bring that ourselves next time. Thank you so much for a great day!

Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach.

The house was very clean and only a couple of blocks from the beach. The kitchen was a lot smaller than I expected and was a challenge to cook for a large group. Other than that it was great! The management company for the house was wonderful! We will work with them again.
