You can bring your own boat to launch at Sand Point Park (three-quarters of a mile west) or rent a craft at Blue Heron Landing across the lake (three miles west). Access to the beach and the Pacific Ocean is available at Road's End State Recreation Site four miles west. In the same area, you'll find restaurants, grocery stores, and even a full gaming casino. The excellent Lincoln City Outlets also await only three miles south.
