We recently acquired this property from a couple who enjoyed this home for over 40 years with their family of skiers. Now that their children are grown with ski homes of their own, they decided to sell to us.
We acquired the property as an investment into the short term rental market. It's our first attempt and we've put our hearts into the product we hope you'll enjoy. New linens and revamping of the entire property was required. We feel we have kept some of the charm while also providing you with a comfortable home away from home.

Why they chose this property
We are skiers and so when we saw that Jimminy Peak was so close, we thought not only would we fulfill our original idea of running an STR but also that we would enjoy using the property ourselves.
