We had a great stay overall! The location was perfect, and the house provided plenty of space for our family.The main area that could use improvement is the overall upkeep and maintenance of the home. Upon arrival, the house did not feel as thoroughly cleaned as we expected, so we ended up recleaning some areas ourselves. We also dealt with gnats and other bugs inside the home, as well as lizards getting inside, which made it seem like some additional pest control and sealing around entry points may be needed. The keypad also wasn’t working, so we had to use a physical key throughout our stay. These were all manageable issues, but addressing them would make the property much more comfortable for future guests.Despite these inconveniences, we didn’t let them take away from our trip. We worked around the issues, enjoyed the spacious home and great location, and overall had a wonderful stay.

This was our second stay at the property. The large space, pool, and ocean views are hard to beat. It was plenty comfortable for our family of 17, including small children and a wheelchair. The house could use some TLC, but the following did not impact our stay- missing sheets on beds, missing base trim on the walls, toilet flushing issues, ants in the lower living room. pool deck: ants, large weeds, lots and lots of piled up sand not cleaned up. Unsafe/wobbly railings on upper deck and pool deck. Plan to buy a decent induction pan if you’re going to cook in! Lots of of pool toys, beach chairs, extra blankets and beach towels available. Property management team very responsive.
