Carl was a most welcome guest: friendly, conversational, quiet, and considerate. He left our apartment as neat and tidy as when he arrived. We would be happy to have him stay with us again, and we recommend him to other hosts.

This is my second visit to this lovely accommodation. The apartment is private, cozy and very comfortable located in a gorgeous historic neighborhood. Sarah is available if you have questions but respects your privacy. A delightful host. The deck overlooking the backyard is perfect for morning coffee overlooking the spacious backyard with amazing foliage and spectacular oak trees. I hope I have the chance for a 3rd visit to Sanford.
