The properties are completely private and fully fenced in. We have thought of everything you could need to make this a memorable weekend in Sanford! Feel free to stock up the full bar and mix your favorite cocktails, enjoy board games (at the extra large dining table), a record player with vintage records or make your own music using our karaoke machine and speaker with wireless microphone. Plus, of course there is also a 65 inch smart TV with free Netflix and Hulu and high speed Internet available.
But best of all: you are only steps away from Historic Downtown Sanford’s most active area! Breweries, bars, restaurants and shops can be reached within 2 minutes, walking! This location is truly giving you the best of both worlds: enjoy quiet walks through the gorgeous residential historic district with beautiful century old homes, cobblestone streets, towering oak trees and plenty of parks.
The mattresses in this mid century built bungalow are brand new high quality memory foam models (10 & 12 inches). Both bedrooms have large closets for lots of storage. One bedroom features a small work desk. There is a second workstation inside the dining room.
The kitchen offers all the small appliances you could need, as well as enough dishes and silverware for up to 8 guests.
The quirky flamingo pink bathroom features the original mid century tile (excuse the small rust stains, we wanted to preserve the character!) and offers plenty of storage space for your toiletries.
Enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast on the screened in porch, or spend some relaxing time in the fully fenced backyard from where you can admire some of historic Sanford's majestic trees. Enjoy a meal at the picnic table or read your favorite book on one of the comfortable garden chairs.
