1. A true master with en suite bathroom and a king bed

2. A secondary master with a queen bed adjacent to the hallway bathroom with standup shower





A fun bunk room with 4 custom built twin bunks, perfect for kids or group travelers





Direct access to multiple decks, including a large sun deck overlooking the front of the home. This is also a great place to watch rocket launches 🚀





Downstairs Living Area

The lower level feels like a private retreat of its own, complete with:

A second living room area



A kitchenette for snacks and convenience



A spacious downstairs master bedroom with a king bed

A spacious bathroom with massive walk-in shower



A bunk bedroom with 4 custom built twin bunks and a queen size custom built Murphy bed that folds down for additional sleeping space.



Across both levels, the home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests with thoughtful layout to spread out into.

A heated pool – with FREE pool heat and a relaxing hot tub, all within a fully screened enclosure

A natural gas grill—no propane tanks, no extra cost, always ready to use

Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor areas. Self check-in is easy with a secure keypad code provided before arrival. Enjoy private parking in the driveway and come and go at your convenience during your stay.

Our home is minutes from the beach, Flagler Ave, and local dining. Easy access by car with quick routes to grocery stores and shops. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are available, and biking is popular in this area. Parking is simple with driveway space at the home. Enjoy exploring New Smyrna!



Other Things to Note:

**Please note that the upstairs bunk bed room, and the downstairs bunk bed room with murphy bed are currently being renovated as of Early December 2025, and will be completed by December 19th complete with all new paint, flooring, fixtures, and custom built bunk beds!**
