This spacious and well-appointed cottage, built in 2023, comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features:

- 2 Bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the second with a bunk bed/trundle + twin bed for maximum comfort.
- 2 Full Ensuite Bathrooms, one featuring a stand alone shower and the bunk room featuring a shower and tub
- Washer and dryer in the cottage for laundry needs
- A cozy living area with a Smart TV and queen memory-foam sleeper sofa
- Dining table seating for 6
- Full Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease! We’ve provided all the essentials you need, including an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer

Fernweh Hillside is a brand new upscale, relaxed, family friendly cottage resort along River Road in New Braunfels, Texas. Located between 2nd and 3rd Crossing, this resort-like experience offers a new experience for the long-time Guadalupe tubers - come check out the best that River Road has to offer!! Our 15 units vary in size with the largest unit sleeping up to 10 guests. Come enjoy our amenities including a pool, pickleball/basketball court, covered pavilion, and a dog park!

Our sister property, which all guests have access to, has private riverfront access with partnered tube trips daily during the high season. Perfect location for fishing during the low season. Enjoy everything that River Road has to offer!

All of the units are numbered, and the driveway loops - parking is available next to or near all units. A property map is included in the listing to guide you to Unit 2.

Wi-Fi is available but not guaranteed, and the signal may weaken in certain areas of the property —be prepared to unplug!

Fernweh Hillside is home to 15 private rentals onsite and all available amenities are shared, including riverfront access.

We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of water usage during your stay. Please minimize water use and do not use outdoor hoses or spigots. Your efforts to conserve water in this environmentally sensitive area (Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone) are greatly appreciated.

PET PROTOCOL
We are so excited to welcome your pets to Fernweh! We respectfully request that your furry family members refrain from being on the furniture, but we understand that sometimes that is difficult. Your unit is stocked with a pet lint roller and an extra blanket (grey) for you to lay out for your pet. The blankets are washable, but our comforters are not - we super appreciate your assistance in helping us keep the units pet friendly for our future visitors. Thank you!!
