Our Absolute Beachfront Villa 44 is the perfect place for an island escape.
This villa has breath taking beach front views which expand across Moreton Bay, where you can see the silhouettes of the Glass House Mountains.
Accommodating up to 6 guests this villa has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and AIR CONDITIONING.

Completely self-contained, downstairs is open plan living with the kitchen/dining/lounge room opening up onto a deck, with a BBQ out the back ,perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.
There is also an extra toilet and laundry facilities.

Upstairs you can enjoy the private balcony off the main bedroom - perfect for sunset drinks or an early morning cuppa. Also upstairs is the extra queen bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed (2 x singles) and the main bathroom.

All linen is included in your stay, along with access to resort facilities making this a great place for an island escape or family holiday.

The property has a starter pack which contains a limited quantity of commonly used items. As this property is self-catering you should bring all toiletries and kitchen consumables based on your usage and length of stay, particularly toilet paper.

Beautiful island location, a little further away from the resort amenities than the other options but it meant it was nice and quite. Unfortunately upon our arrival, in the main bedroom there was sand in the bed, makeup on the pillow and black hair all through the bed too. The sheets in that room had clearly not been washed.

Beautiful location

Moreton Island and Tangalooma is amazing. Villa 44 is located in a convenient part of Tangalooma Resort. Property management were accommodating and organised a high chair and cot for us. The villa is well designed, however we would suggest that you bring an additional fan if children are staying in the small room. It was very hot and the air conditioning did not work. The Villa was not clean and sand throughout the floors, in beds and dirty toilet floors had to be cleaned by us first to make it habitable. Neverthess, the layout was good and location superb. It needs a good clean and some more comfortable furniture along with some general maintenance to bring it up to a good standard. It would have been nice to have some wifi to watch TV, but we were aware this was limited. We also suggest the villa needs to have mats so that feet can be cleared of sand upon entry. Thanks for having us.

Great house great place

House was great, rooms upstairs with open bottom living room and kitchen area. Grassed spot Right in front with beach right after. Easy walk to restaurants and short walk to ship wrecks.

A well equipped Villa although the couches were very hard and need to be updated. A really well equipped kitchen. Super amazing location. Bathroom is new and updated. A great place to stay.

We stayed here 2 adults 2 children, very spacious. Wonderful access to everything, parking close by, short walk to the resort. Best bit Sunsets on the balcony. Highly reccomend
