Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Property is set to 80 degrees between stays and the house is so hot and take over 12 hours for the home to cool off. We checked in at 1pm and paid extra to check in early and by 10pm at night it was well over 75 degrees in the bedrooms and 79 in the living area. The host was terrible to communicate with. Sent someone over and told us the vents was blowing cold air so we should be fine. The house is next to a giant drug home and you can’t see that in pictures. Very sketchy area. Would never stay in one of their properties again. Host don’t want todo anything to even try to fix the issue. I was to the point of going to pay for a hotel to stay for the night as we were all so uncomfortable. Attached photos are the home next to the trailer you would be renting. It’s a tiny mobile home
