Our first stay at Fripp Island was wonderful. The house had all the room and amenities we needed. It was exceptionally clean. Even the porches and outdoor chairs were pristine. The sunset on the marsh was a highlight. We docked our boat right behind the house with easy access for fishing. The beach access is directly across the street from the front of the house. We were very pleased with our choice and the host realty company was easy to contact and answered all our questions.

Was a weekend surprise for my husband and his best friends to celebrate a birthday! They said the house was wonderful and well stocked with everything they needed and more! Comfy beds and great sunsets on the dock!!! Will be back

We enjoyed our stay but 4 electrical gadgets need attention and did not work for us: microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and elevator. Certainly needs to be addressed. We also found cockroaches in the house .. again an issue that needs to be addressed. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the property, proximity to the ocean and ease of check- in.

There was no mention that the creek was tidal in the listing so we had to pay an extra 400 to keep our boat at the marina. Also the outside shower was broken and we were not notified of it. We were told there was a leak in one of the bathrooms and that it would be fixed on Monday. No one ever showed up to fix it.
