Some of the flooring pieces were missing, closet doors in bedroom aren’t stable, lack of items (blankets, pillows, towels). Refrigerator had trouble working (informed the host). Grass needs to be cut in then back. Limited opportunities to utilize space. Lots of lounging areas, places to eat/socialize with friends. Good sleeping options and fairly clean.

Not clean - I personally cleaned 3 bathroom toilets, vanities, showers. Also I swept floors- rugs/carpet needed vacuumed but no vacuum on premises. Dead bug in refrigerator & refrigerator doors had some kind of film on them. Dead bugs stuck to kitchen cabinet door.No hand towels, washcloths, paper towels, or hand soap. All of which I purchased. At bedtime discovered that none of the six beds had top sheets - only fitted sheet with comforters. It was 97 degrees on our arrival so comforters were useless. No spare sheets anywhere in the house. One of the twin beds was on broken slats & the other had feces on the comforter & sheet so I was washing them at 10:00 pm - with my own laundry detergent. Six closets doors were off track and the twin bedroom door was broken off the hinges. I consider this dangerous for kids. We didn’t use the grounds because there were five old rusty cars on premises - 3 in the driveway & one parked on the front lawn & one in the backyard.None of the baths have toilet paper holders or towel bars. On our 2nd morning the dining room curtains fell off the wall - the anchor was cracked obviously repaired before. This home is misrepresented and in need if A LOT of maintenance. I communicated with the owner numerous times about the situation and he said he would send a cleaner & supplies but never did. I sent pictures of the issues but nothing was offered as compensation from the host or VRBO.
