Public buses and taxis are readily available nearby, and most key destinations—such as Reem Island, Corniche, and Saadiyat—are just a short drive away. The central location makes it simple to access shopping, dining, and entertainment on foot, with The Galleria Mall only minutes away.

No parties, events, or loud gatherings are allowed in the apartment or building.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

A security deposit may be required and will be fully refundable upon checkout, provided no damages occur.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to follow the house rules below:

🔇 Noise & Conduct
Please keep noise levels low at all times, including during the day.

No outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM, and noise must always be kept to a respectful minimum (no yelling, loud devices, barking dogs, etc.).

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

No parties, events, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.

🚭 Smoking & Substance Use
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes e-cigarettes, vapes, and tobacco of any kind.

No alcohol or glass containers are allowed near the pool area (if applicable).

🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are welcome, but prior approval is required.

A pet fee and refundable pet deposit will be requested after booking.

We allow a maximum of 1 house-trained cat or dog only.

🚘 Parking
Street parking is not allowed. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas or your assigned space.

Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles.

👤 Occupancy & Visitors
Only the guests listed in your booking are allowed to stay overnight.

Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit.

If you plan to have extra guests, please inform us in advance to avoid additional charges.

📦 Deliveries & Mail
Guests may not receive packages or mail at the property address.

🧹 Property Use & Cleanliness
Guests must keep the property and all furnishings in good condition.

Do not move furniture.

Use appliances only as intended.

Take out all trash and dispose of it properly. A fine of AED 500 will apply for failure to do so.

🧾 Check-In Responsibilities
Guests must perform a walkthrough of the property upon check-in and report any existing damage immediately.

The main guest is responsible for all individuals in their party during the stay.
