Stayed for a quick night ahead of skiing at Crotched. Great location near the mountain. Place was super cute, clean and comfortable for our family of four.
We had a magnificent trip! The house was adorable and comfortable for my husband, service dog and myself. We loved sitting in the screen room and reading. Our dog loved exploring the back yard.We were a 7 minute drive from the Crotched Mountain Accessible Trails so I even got to go "hiking" a bit!Not a single complaint!
This cabin is super cozy and clean! It made the perfect home away from home for our “Moms and Sons” ski trip. The beds were comfy and the towels were fluffy. We were able to bring groceries to cook for our boys. The host was in regular contact!
This place is a real gem. The location is excellent an having the lake right at your doorstep is fabulous. The house was well equipped and beautifully furnished and had the most comfortable beds we have ever encountered. The fireplace is a real bonus. Overall we property felt very private yet it’s less than five minutes away from town. We hope to stay there again.
Beautiful home!! Very warm and welcoming!! Nice touches throughout. Host was also great to deal with. Bet the lake is absolutely beautiful come spring, summer and fall from this location. The sunset was pretty last night looking at the lake.
Host had great communication skills, amenities matched what was listed. Peaceful and quiet location. One thing I would like to recommend is having something to prevent the living room carpet from slipping as it moved around when walked on. Other than that, I would stay there again!
The host Lauren was absolutely amazing! Accommodating, forthright, open honest communicater! The house/amenities were exactly as described/pictured. Only regret is that it was winter so we were unable to use the beautiful porch/yard/lake. Will have to return in warmer weather.
Just a one night stay after attending a family gathering in Weare. Had a little trouble with getting in but I reached out to Colin and he called me right back to help. Loved the gas fireplace, the layout of the rooms. I imagine with a longer stay the water toys, canoes and kayaks would be fun. What a beautiful serene place to be.
