Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 4-bedroom farmhouse in the quiet country side of Loma, five minutes from downtown Fruita, and 15 minutes from world renowned north Fruita desert biking trails. This gorgeous home features a king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds, plus a loft with a Murphy bed for extra comfort. The master quarters features a gas fireplace and large soaking tub with a extra large rainfall walk in shower. A beautiful walk around porch ensures that you won’t miss one of the breathtaking Loma sunsets. Relaxing patio furniture and a firepit for all to enjoy. Soaring ceilings, reclaimed beams and a massive stone fireplace makes this home a one of a kind experience. Whether you’re relaxing indoors, working remotely or on a family vacation this beautiful farmhouse offers a terrific blend of space convenience and comfort. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Blown away by this slice of heaven!!! The house was immaculate and beautiful. Everything we could want was provided. The host gave timely responses to any questions asked. The interior was very nicely furnished with a functional layout, even the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is perfect. Mountains on every side, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Easy access to Grand Junction but removed enough that we felt like we were in a private paradise. Only 30 minutes to the Colorado National Monument and 1 1/2 hours from Arches National Park in Utah. We can’t wait to come back!!!
