MONTEZUMA BEACH HOUSE WITH POOL & BBQ JUST MINUTES BY FOOT FROM TOWN

Enjoy the services and conveniences of a hotel with the privacy of a private home. The Villa on the Beach, one of three private homes at Montezuma Beach Houses, is a luxury jungle home on beachfront property, yet just an easy 7/10 minute walk to and from the small, magical town of Montezuma.
We offer 3 full time employees and live on the property caretakers to care for your needs and help if questions arise at any time. People of all ages love it here as they can jump in the ocean right in front of the house, build sand castles on the white sand beach, swim in the our pool and walk to town in just minutes for that forgotten loaf of bread. Don't forget to stop in one of the Montezuma beach bars for a cold beer and boca.
Cooking can be fun in the fully equipped kitchen but do check out the great restaurants that Montezuma is known for.
After hiking to waterfalls, hitting the zipline or after a day of surfing you might want to just relax in a hammock or recline in a beach chair and watch the monkeys, iguanas, turtles, birds and the many other animals that also live on the property at Montezuma Beach Houses. These guys never disappoint and kids and adults alike are fascinated by seeing animals in nature that they have never seen before. Of course we all know about monkeys and they will put on a great show for you.
The Villa, with it’s many conveniences such as beautiful kitchen with large refrigerator, 5 burner stove, 2 ovens and and all the amenities for cooking, is great for large or small meals. The large dining table on the veranda can seat 10 to 12 people.
The healthy fresh vegetables from the organic market on Saturdays and fresh fish from our local fisherman cannot be beat especially when cooked outside on our large stainless steel gas BBQ with covered bar, refrigerator and sink.
But that comes right after Happy Hour with fresh guacamole and a cold beer or lemonade while sitting at the outside bar and listening to your favorite tunes. Of course the kids are more interested in splashing around in the pool located right next to the covered bar, so keeping a good watch on them is easy.
You will for sure be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves out there in the warm night. But sleep well, as there are 4 air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and beautiful balconies. The 4 bedrooms can sleep 8 to 10 people in 3 queen beds, 2 double beds and one king bed. Portacrib and highchair available upon request
So take a refreshing plunge in the swimming pool and if you really need to write that email, there is wifi through out the property.
Washing clothes is made easy with 2 washers and a dryer and we can even do that for you upon request. Chefs and cooks available also by request.

The villa is an amazing, beautiful and comfortable house but we like to keep the feel of a the jungle setting that you set out to find on this vacation. We are in Costa Rica and we are surrounded by glorious nature. You may never want to leave.
