About this property

Welcome To Our Vermont Guest Apartment!

Our apartment is a non-smoking home, located on a non-smoking* property. The apartment is recently constructed within our newly constructed garage. Private entrance in side yard. Apartment consists of one bedroom with queen size bed and closet, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar style seating, living room with sofa bed and a full bathroom which contains a washer and dryer. The space also contains an additional sleeping loft with a queen bed. It is new and has a cozy yet contemporary feel!
The property is centrally located- less than three miles from Lake Champlain , the University of Vermont and downtown Burlington. We're 30 minutes from Bolton Valley, 45 minutes from Stowe and Smuggs, and 50 minutes from Sugarbush. Hiking, skiing, and lakefront sunsets are all in close proximity!

*Smoking includes tobacco and cannabis products as well as e-cigarettes . In addition to not smoking on our property , we ask that guests do not smoke on or in front of our neighbors' homes. Additional fees will be imposed if guests violate our non-smoking policy.

Only positive things to say about our 2 nights stay! The hosts were so nice and accommodating, place was well maintained, super quiet and so clean ! There is everything you need for cooking, a nice grill, and chairs outside to chill... We will return for sure when in the area !

We built this property so that the grandparents could visit our children during trips to the area. The "apartment" has its own entrance, "sleeping loft", a yard and, in the winter, a skating rink!
