Sunshine House - charming 2 bedroom close to Downtown and the Legacy Trail.
Great location! This is a family friendly home, close to downtown and beaches, with a pool, fenced yard, and a large, screened porch for lounging and having meals outside. Close to all the great things Sarasota has to offer- museums, gardens, theaters, shopping, Sarasota Bay, and beaches. The house is just around the corner from the Legacy Trail and Payne Park. The house is 1.5 miles from downtown, 10 min to St. Armands, 15 min to Lido Beach, and about 20 min Siesta Key Beach. Up to two dogs considered with a fee. Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.
